OrdoMinds is a behavioral self-observation platform for professional development. It is not a psychological diagnosis, not a clinical instrument, and does not replace professional care.
Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform securely and deliver reports:
- Name
- Language
- Assessment responses
- Generated results and reports
- Essential technical data (for example: device, browser, and session logs)
Payment data (when applicable) is processed by third-party providers. OrdoMinds does not store full card details.
Purposes
We use data to:
- Create and manage your account
- Generate personalized reports
- Operate, protect, and improve the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data.

- Contract performance (providing the platform and reports)

Retention

Nature of the service
OrdoMinds describes operational tendencies based on user responses. It does not define identity, is not a certification, and is not a diagnosis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use OrdoMinds as a clinical or psychological instrument
- Present reports as formal certification
- Use reports as the sole basis for hiring or firing decisions
Liability
You are responsible for decisions made based on results. OrdoMinds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where applicable, OrdoMinds' liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
OrdoMinds content (methodology, texts, reports, and brand) is protected by intellectual property. Reproduction or resale without authorization is prohibited.
Methodology Statement
OrdoMinds is a proprietary operational pattern observation framework. It does not claim clinical psychometric validation and must not be interpreted as a diagnostic instrument.
